When you create an account or talk to our advisor, we collect the name, phone number and email address you provide. We also store the messages you exchange with the advisor, the system you expressed interest in, and any price estimate produced for you.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never receive or store your Google password.

We do not collect payment card details anywhere on this site.

Solely to answer your enquiry: to understand which system fits you, to give you an honest price range, to schedule and confirm a call, and to follow up about that call. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Firebase hosts our authentication and database, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics measures which pages are useful. Resend delivers our notification emails. Google reCAPTCHA / App Check verifies that requests come from this website rather than automated scripts. Where our AI advisor uses a language model, the content of your conversation is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply.

These providers process data on our instructions and may store it outside your country. We share your details with no one else.

Two cookies are needed for the site to work at all: one remembering your chosen language, and a session cookie keeping you signed in. These are always on.

Separately, we use Google Analytics to see which pages help visitors most. It sets its own cookies, so it stays switched off until you accept it in the banner — and declining costs you nothing on this site. You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and delete them on request. Ask us and we will remove your account, your conversations and your enquiry history.
